10 Degrees West Chauffeur Services is a local business specialising in small group tours of up to six persons operated by Killarney native, John O’Reilly.

Raised in the hospitality industry, tourism is in John’s DNA as his family were hoteliers and restaurateurs, so from a young age John was serving the finest of Irish produce to travellers from near and far in need of refuelling after their adventures.

As a young man John took a short break from the tourism industry to join the Irish Defence Forces, serving 21 years at home and overseas in operations and training & then as a military logistician for the latter part of his army career. 

On his military retirement in 2018, John naturally gravitated back to his passion in the world of tourism. Working with Irish tour companies, John explored Ireland's hidden gems with  sight seeing explorers, golfers seeking the finest courses and with curious people discovering their roots.

A keen sailor & passionate about the south west coast of Ireland, John is also a Royal Yachting Association commercially endorsed Offshore Yachtmaster. 

John always dreamt of operating his own business and in 2024 he finally made it happen with 10 Degrees West Chauffeur Services. Priding himself on the highest standards of service, John's aim is to provide you with personal, tailored, luxury travel and to help make your time in Ireland an unforgettable experience.
